We are looking for an inspirational and experienced Business Manager to take a leading role within our team, who shares our commitment and vision in providing and helping to establish a unique, person centred and bespoke learning environment for pupils with ASC in Cumbria.

Contract: (PERMANENT, TERM-TIME + 2WEEKS, OR PART-TIME NEGOTIABLE FOR RIGHT CANDIDATE)

Salary: (New Scale) NJC 25-28 (FTE £28,785-£31,371 pro-rata)
Start Date: April 2019
This is a challenging yet equally rewarding position for someone who is self-motivated, an excellent communicator and has an understanding of community working collaboratively with the Head teacher and the Cumbria Academy Trust.
The School will open in September 2019, you will play a unique role in helping to open shape and establish the first Outstanding school within the Trust.
To be successful, you will need to handle key areas of responsibilities include the following:

· Risk and Critical Incident Management
· Transactional Human Resource Management
· Facility & Property Management
· Health & Safety Management
· Promote the school, engaging with parents, carers and the wider community;
